Ernie Greenwood, owner of Greencam Strategic Investments Inc., and founder of "The Greencam Process", started the company in 1983.
Prior to this, he was one of seven shareholders of a private company which had experienced a number of issues, which still challenge private business owners today.
As a result of this previous experience, Ernie decided to search for ways and means of transferring capital (profits) more efficiently by using structures and instruments allowed by Revenue Canada.
Ernie has continually maintained relationships with major accounting - actuarial - finance - and lending institutions to ensure the "compatibility and integration" of these structures and instruments for private business owners.
